Trygve Skogrand has worked with digital expressions in his art since the late 1990s, using both algorithmic and manually controlled digital processes in his investigation of the mystery of human existence.
The main subject for his work is the meeting of the sacred and the temporal, through the wordless exchange between nature, body and spirit.
His works have been exhibited in the UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Mexico and been published as several art books. Skogrand lives and works at the edge of a large forest in Trøndelag, Norway.
