Ida Lissner
Ida Lissner is a digital artist working with world-building and the relationship between nature and technology through computer generated image, 3D animation and rendering. She works with creating virtual worlds, in still and moving images, exploring how we can reimagine our relationship to the natural world.

These worlds – and the creatures that inhabit them – come from a profound fascination of the more-than-human communities that surround us, but also from a feeling of loss, knowing that we as humans are changing the natural world irreversibly. Her main interest is the intersection of two parallel phenomena that are omnipresent; the destruction of nature and the growth of technology, and what this means for how we create with digital tools.
